PURPOSE:To enlarge the range of an object to be printed by using ink containing an easily soluble solvent and at least a medium having higher volatility than the solvent as a coating material. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when a matter to be printed is a card obtained by coating the surface of a board with polyvinyl chloride, and a printing ink is an offset ink, if clear lacquer for PVC resin is sprayed as a coating material, the moisture and oil component of ink are absorbed into a solvent (organic solvent having higher volatility than water and oil contained in the offset ink) which constitutes the coating material. Further with this solvent volatalized, its evaporation and dispersion into the air occur. Then the coating material becomes dry immediately after spraying as a result of the volatilization of the solvent. In addition, one - 5min after the drying of the coating material, the ink also becomes dry and fixed so adequately that the print is not separated, even if the surface of a printed area is rubbed by hand. |
