<p>PURPOSE:To enhance an image gradation and an image resolving paper, by a method wherein a density per liquid crystal picture element and a position of a carriage are controlled According to an image data input signal to print an image on printer paper. CONSTITUTION:After image data signals, for example, for one frame, are inputted and stored in distinction between red, green, and green component signals, a carriage 13 is set at its home position to switch the condition so that a red filter 27b corresponds to a window portion 13a. The image data according to a red component signal is displayed on a liquid crystal array 19 by the amount for one line, and at first an image for one line corresponding to the red component signal is sensitized on a printing paper 7. After that, similarly, images for one line corresponding to green and blue component signals are sensitized on the printing paper 7 respectively by using a green filter 27c and blue filter 27d. After the image for one line is completely sensitized, the carriage 13 is moved by the distance for one line and thereafter the same sensitizing operation is repeated; in this manner, an image for one frame is finally sensitized to the printing paper 7.</p> |
