PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of a solid form with few energy by a method wherein a desired portion of liquid material such as resin, which solidifies when stimuli are given, or the like is solidified on liquid the specific gravity of which is larger than that of said liquid material, and, after that, the layer of the liquid material is raised and the process just mentioned above is repeated. CONSTITUTION:The level of liquid 5 is made to be flush with the top surface of a stand 6 by feeding the liquid 5 in a liquid container 1. Liquid material 8 is fed so as to form a thin layer on the liquid 5. By irradiating a desired portion of the layer of the liquid material 8 with laser beams 10, said portion is hardened. By further feeding the liquid 5 so as to raise the level of the liquid 6 in the liquid container 1, said level is made to be flush with the stop surface of the hardened portion 8a of the material 8. Next, by irradiating a desired portion of the liquid material 8 with laser beams 10 in the similar manner as described above, said portion is hardened and connected to the portion which has already been hardened. Further, by repeating the above-mentioned operation in the following, a solid with any shape can be formed on the stand 6. |
