摘要 PURPOSE:To improve fatigue strength at the surface of metallic material, by forming of two layers of a thermally sprayed layer having fine crystalline grains and a base material having a composition in which Li, Be, B, C, N, etc., are added to a composition which is the same as that of the thermally sprayed layer. CONSTITUTION:The thermally sprayed layer of a metallic having interstitial elements and fine crystalline grains is formed on the base material having a composition in which one or more elements among Li, Be, B, C, and N are added to the composition which is the same as that of the thermally spraying material. Further, diffusion treatment is applied after thermal spraying. According to this method, crystal grains at the metallic-material surface are refined, and further, residual compressive strain can be applied to the surface layer. As a result, the occurrence of fatigue crack can be delayed and service life can be prolonged. This alloy material is applicable to equipments for thermal power plant, etc.
