PURPOSE:To make an operator understand easily the contents of communication on a communication channel, by constituting the titled device so that an operation command can be given to a carrier car from both an external computer and the carrying car, and communication between the external computer and the carrier car can be executed by using a language for user program. CONSTITUTION:An input device 7 is placed in a carrier car 5, and an operation command can be given from both an input device 1 of an external computer 2 and the input device 7 of the carrier car 5. Also, between the external computer 2 and the carrier car 5, communication is executed by using a language for user program. In this way, communication on a communication channel 3 can be understood by an operator, and the maintenance can easily be executed.
