摘要 PURPOSE:To magnetize each magnetic pole evenly, by performing magnetizations twice for every one pole, with magnetizations of two poles being conducted. CONSTITUTION:When magnetic poles 101 and 102 are magnetized at the first time, non-magnetized parts (a) and (b) remain in the magnetic poles 101 and 102. Then the magnetic pole 102 and 103 are magnetized at the second time. Then, the non-magnetized part (b) of 102 is magnetized. When the magnetic poles 103 and 104 are magnetized, a non-magnetized part (c) of the magnetic pole 103 is magnetized. When the magnetic poles 104 and 101 are magnetized, the non-magnetized parts (d) and (a) are magnetized. The pole 102 is sufficiently magnetized at the first time. Even if demagnetization action works at the second time, the demagnetization is not received since the magnetism resisting force of the permanent magnet is high. The magnetic pole 102 is uniformly magnetized on the entire surface. The non-magnetized part of the 103 is eliminated by the third time by the similar way. All the magnetic poles from 101 to 104 are uniformly magnetized at the fourth time.
