PURPOSE:To improve the toner filling-up efficiency by constituting the device of a developing sleeve, toner containing tank, toner supplying roller, rotational means, and destaticizing means. CONSTITUTION:Toner recovered by a toner supplying roller 7 enters into the minute recessed sections on the surface of the roller 7 and reaches a toner containing tank 15 after passing through the space between the roller 7 and return-of-toner preventing film 14. When the recovered toner held by the surface of the roller 7 and charged in the positive polarity is allowed to contact with a carrying roller 17, the electric charges of the toner is removed by the earthed carrying roller 17 and electrically neutralized. Moreover, the recovered toner separated from the surface of the toner supplying roller 7 due to the rotation of the carrying roller 17 or influences of the movement of the toner resulting from the rotational movement of the roller 17, moves along the bottom of a casing 34 together with fresh toner and, when the toner passes through the contacting surfaces of the roller 17 and casing 32 is allowed into contact with the roller 17. As a result, its electric charges are removed. Therefore, the filling-up efficiency of the toner is improved and a high-quality copied picture is obtained. |
