It consists of two superimposed layers of different materials, an upper gel layer enclosed in an impermeable and flexible envelope and a lower elastomer foam layer, the assembly being placed in a common envelope made of a flexible material providing connection and protection of the two layers, this common envelope being preferably made of an extensible material such as an elastic fabric; a gel thickness of 1 to 2 cm may suffice with a foam thickness of 2 to 4 cm.
