PURPOSE:To uniformly insert split pieces wholly into the inner periphery of an outer restricting cylinder by standing the cylinder so that the large inner opening end is directed upward, and inserting the split pieces to the inner periphery of the cylinder in the state that a spacer for supporting the split pieces of the inner restricting cylinder for not allowing the split pieces to be completely inserted into the cylinder is disposed on a bottom. CONSTITUTION:Split pieces 12 are all inserted from the large diameter opening side into the inner periphery of an outer restricting cylinder 13 by supporting a first spacer 25 inserted to the small diameter end in the cylinder 13, the pieces 12 are not inserted in the whole length, and the piece inserted eventually is not disturbed by the previously inserted piece, but easily inserted in the same length as the other piece. Since the pieces are simultaneously intruded into the cylinder 13 by removing the spacer 25 in the state that the pieces are all inserted uniformly, all the pieces can be easily inserted wholly to the final position in the cylinder 13. |
