<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a liquid crystal panel having many scanning lines by executing serial capacity connection by a conductive layer obtained by laminating a bus bar electrode layer and a picture element electrode layer on a substrate, a silicon layer, a conductive layer, and so on. CONSTITUTION:The ITO picture element electrode layer 2 and the bus bar electrode 3 are formed on the insulating substrate 1 for a liquid crystal panel and the 1st conductive layer consisting of a paradium layer 4, the silicon layer 5 and the 2nd conductive layer consisting of a titanium layer 6 are laminated on the layer 2, 4. The serial capacity connection of non-linear resistance elements based upon the layers 3-6, 2, 4-6 is executed, so that a capacitor values are practically reduced and normal functions can be maintained even if the number of scanning lines is increased. Said constitution can be formed by using three masks, so that the liquid crystal panel having many scanning lines can be easily formed.</p> |
