The invention relates to an apparatus for drawing tubular casings onto a tube, especially the filling tube of a sausage-filling machine, with a holding member, mounted pivotably on a bearing journal, for a motor, a drawing-on roller fastened to the drive shaft of the latter and capable of being pressed against the tube, and an operating lever mounted pivotably in the holding member. So that the drawing-on roller can be set centrally relative to the tube quickly, reliably and continuously, the bearing journal is designed as a mounting bar (7) and is provided at one end with an eccentric (8). <IMAGE>
