PURPOSE:To constitute a circuit in such a way that only a few adjustments is needed and it is fitted for miniaturization, and making into an IC, by performing all of the processings after a waveform arrangement by a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:By counting the cycle of a signal to be modulated by the first counter circuit 107, and deciding the size by a first control circuit 111, the height of the frequency of a carrier is detected. And the number of the cycles having a high frequency are counter by a second counter circuit 114, and that of the cycles having a low frequency, by a third counter circuit 115, and each of the outputs of the two counter circuits is inputted to the second control circuit 118, and a demodulated digital signal can be obtained by inverting the output according the above input. In such way, it is possible to obtain a demodulation circuit with a digital system most appropriately fitted for the demodulation of an FS-modulated signal, and with a few adjusting points.
