Heater arrangements having at least one tubular or hose-shaped heating element mounted on a carrier are known. In order to provide a heater arrangement which facilitates simple retention of the heating element on the carrier, which can easily be modified and adapated to various heater geometries and, in addition, guarantees adequate support of the tubular or hose-shaped heating element in which rapid assembly and disassembly of the heating element is possible without special tools and in which changes in length are compensated, use is made of a carrier having at least one trough and which, in the region of the floor of the trough has cutouts which are arranged at prescribed spacings from one another and into which the heating element is inserted. The heating element is clamped in the cutouts by means of a retaining bow or retaining pin.
