PURPOSE:To make the recovery of abrasives and flushed impurities ever so easy, by jetting a mixed solution of a low boiling point solvent and an abrasive, and flushing and degreasing a processed work as well as making the flushing impurities removed from the abrasive and the processed work into a state of dryness. CONSTITUTION:Dichlorodifluoromethane gas is contained in these flushing impurities or abrasives stored in a sludge tank 22 and a recovery tank 24 but when valves V5, V9, V13 and so on are operated, lines 46 and 47 of these tanks 22 and 24 are interconnected to lines 31 and 48 at the suction side of a compressor 8 whereby the said methane gas inside both tanks 22 and 24 is vapored and recovered by dint of suction of the compressor 8 so that these flushing impurities and abrasives left behind inside these tanks 22 and 24 become dryness enough in a short time, thus treatment for these recovered abrasives and flushing impurities is extremely made ever so easy. |
