PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in adhesion to metal, by mixing a specified polyolefin resin with a phenolic antioxidant and a dithioether antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin (a) (e.g., PP) is reacted with 0.01-10wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid (b) (e.g., maleic acid) in the presence of a radical initiator to obtain a polyolefin resin (A) upon which the unsaturated carboxylic acid is grafted. A phenolic antioxidant (c) {e.g., tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-t- butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate]methane} is mixed with 10-90wt% dithioether antioxidant (d) [e.g., distearyl dithioether] to obtain an antioxidant mixture (B). 100pts.wt. component A is mixed with 0.01-2.0pts.wt. component B, and a stabilizer, a colorant, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a filler, etc., if necessary, are added to the obtained mixture. |
