PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent adhesion to vulcanized polyolefin rubber, consisting of chloroprene rubber, a phenolic resin, a polyisocyanate and/or polyurethane, a specified hydrocarbon polymer and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. chloroprene rubber which is an unvulcanized polymer obtd. by emulsion-polymerizing chloroprene is blended with 1-200pts.wt. phenolic resin obtd. by condensing a phenol with an aldehyde in the presence of an alkaline catalyst under heating, 1-99pts.wt. polyisocyanate (a) obtd. by polymerizing a polyfunctional isocyanate and/or mixture (b) of the component (a) and 0.5-50pts.wt. polyurethane (b) obtd. by polymerizing the component (a) with a polyol, adding a chain extender thereto and polymerizing the mixture, 100pts. wt. hydrocarbon polymer having a (partially) satd. main chain and hydroxyl groups (e.g., a polyhydroxypolyolefin having an average MW of 1,000-5,000) and an org. solvent.
