PURPOSE:To improve the carrying property of a plate passing through a developing part, and also, to improve the fixing property of a toner on the plate, by providing an air suction mechanism for making the plate contact against a heating plate on the heating plate, and also, providing a movable mechanism while contacting it against and carrying it. CONSTITUTION:On a heating plate consisting of inside and outside drums 11, 12, an air suction mechanism for making a plate 7 contact against an external mesh drum 11 is provided. As for this air suction mechanism, for instance, the rotary shaft of the inside and outside drums is hollow shaft, this hollow shaft 17 is made to penetrate into the drum, a part in its drum is formed in a mesh shape or cut off by a suitable area, and air is exhausted by an exhaust pump from one end or both ends of the hollow shaft 17. Also, on the heating plate consisting of the inside and outside drums 11, 12, a movable mechanism for making the plate 7 contact and carrying it is provided. This movable mechanism is formed by providing bearings 15, 16 and a driving gear 14 on the rotary shaft of the inside and outside drums 11,12 and a driving system is connected to the driving gear 14, so that the inside and outside drums 11,12 can be rotated.
