PURPOSE:To substantially reduce the number of mistaken settings even if a setting means is used for another purpose in common by detecting that a setter forgets setting and modification and warning it. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 is a home controller, and transmits signal obtained by adding commands to the address of its own station and that of the other station from a control means. In such case a comparing means 9 serves as follows: the output of a switching means 5 is changed over toward memory means 4. After the setting means 3 sets the address of the other station, the output of the means 5 is switched to the means 2, and setting the means 3 denotes the address of the station of the controller 1. Before and after the switching, addresses to which the means 3 sets are compared. If they never change, it is considered that the setter forgets resetting the set address to that of his own station, and the effect is outputted to a warning means 10, which warns the setter.
