A heating control system comprises a central controller, linked to at least one room temperature sensor, a room heating control, a boiler input temperature sensor, and a boiler control, the central controller being provided with clock means and memory means for storing a system control programme such that if during a predetermined period the temperature detected by the room temperature sensor is below a predetermined level the central control unit operates the room heating control to provide heating in a room, the boiler control activating a boiler when heating is being provided in the room and when the boiler input temperature is below a predetermined level. |
