PURPOSE:To store a revised data so far in a file without losing it due to power failure or the operation of a job end key by commanding the end of job when the job in processing is desired to finish on it way or a fault takes place due to any case. CONSTITUTION:After storing a revision content a' in a file 1, a processing section 7 checks a flag 8 to be set thereby recogniting the input of a job command, the process so far is finished, a job output processing section 9 is activated to display an initial pattern on a display device 4. In inputting a job end command while the file 1 is being revised in such a way, the write processing of the file 1 is continued and the initial pattern is displayed on the display device 4. Thus, the revision content a' is not lost.
