PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of using a channel B by exchanging a control signal with the aid of a time slot for the control signal after a master equipment allocates the numbers of the time slots for control signals. CONSTITUTION:In initialization the master equipment 10 allocates inherent time slots to terminals such as telephone sets 20, 30, 40 and 50. In an online state, the telephone sets occupy the given time slots and transmit signals. If a multiframe is used as a transmission frame, plural channels individually allocated to the telephone sets as channels D (control channels) and one channel shard with all the telephone sets are prepared. By exchaning a control signal through the channels D, channels B(for sound or data) can be allocated to the telephone sets as necessary. In such a way, the comparatively small number of channels B can be shared with a plenty of telephone sets, whereby the efficiency of using the channels B can be improved.
