PURPOSE:To attain the synchronizing parallel output even after editing by correcting a synchronizing dislocation to by caused by the inserting, deleting, editing, etc., of accumulated multi-media. CONSTITUTION:At the time of deleting, first, a segment to be deleted is instructed by a deleting segment instructing circuit 41, and the segment is removed to a buffer memory 44 for a sound and a buffer memory 45 for drawing by a sound file memory 42 and a drawing file memory 43. The presence and absence of the hourly overlapping of the segment groups of both generated sound data and drawing data are decided by an hourly overlapping detecting circuit 49, a time information adding processing is executed by a time information adding circuit 50 and stored into a time table file memory 51. Thereafter, a desired segment group is deleted from the sound file memory 42 and the drawing file memory 43 by a data deleting circuit 52. Thus, without losing the synchronizing paralellism kept before the editing processing, the inserting and deleting processing to keep the nature can be executed.
