PURPOSE:To execute the variable operation of the printing scope of a video printed on a recording media by interlocking and switching the generating timing of respective pulses of a horizontal starting pulse circuit of a memory control circuit, a vertical starting pulse generating circuit and a vertical end pulse generating circuit and the clock frequency of a clock oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal starting pulse generating circuit controlling the counting starting timing of the address counter of a memory control circuit 8, the vertical starting pulse generating circuit 20 and the vertical end pulse generating circuit 21 controlling the counting completing timing of a vertical address counter are provided. The horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals from a synchronizing separating circuit 17 are supplied to these. Changover switches 24-28 printing the scope of the video to be printed on recording paper RP widely as shown in PF of the drawing or narrowly as shown in Pn are equipped with a moving contact (a), a wide side contact (f) and a narrow side contact (n) respectively. The signal is supplied to these from the abovementioned respective circuits, respective mobile contacts (a) are interlocked and changed over to fixed contacts (f) and (n) of the same code.
