PURPOSE:To effectively use the semiconductor memory device of a limited memory capacity by providing a priority sequence to the assembling of the presence and absence of plural mutually different detecting signals beforehand, comparing it with the priority sequence corresponding to the image stored into the semiconductor memory device, replacing to the stored image only when the priority sequence is high and storing a new image. CONSTITUTION:A deciding circuit 17 detects a present priority sequence in accordance with the priority sequence specified beforehand concerning the assembling of the presence and absence of the output C of a sound level detecting circuit 16 and the output B of a circuit 19. The priority sequence of the image recorded already at a semiconductor memory device 14 is compared. When the detecting input is executed to a deciding' circuit 17 within the prescribed time, for example, 30 seconds, and the priority sequence at that time is higher than the already stored prioriry sequence, the video image at that time is replaced in place of the stored image to the first address memory 14A. Consequently, a memory image is one image to the visitor one time and by the limited memory, the image with the high priority sequence can be successively stored.
