PURPOSE:To stably form fine foam by allowing a soln. contg. a forming material at a low concn. to flow down from the upper part of an inside cylinder of double vessels communicating with each other in the lower part onto a liquid surface in the inside cylinder and conducting the generated fine foam to the liquid surface between the outside cylinder and the inside cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The soln. contg. the foaming material such as surface active agent at the low concn. is allowed to flow down from the upper part of the inside cylinder 4 of the double vessels 2 which consist of the outside cylinder 3 and the inside cylinder 4 and communicate with each other in the lower part onto the liquid surface in the inside cylinder 4. the generated fine foam is entrained in the descending water flow in the inside cylinder 4 and is conducted to the liquid surface 9 between the outside cylinder 3 and the inside cylinder 4. As a result, the fine foam is stably and continuously formed in a large amt. The continuous measurement of the foaming degree of the soln. contg. the foaming material at the low concn. is possible. Further, the continuous and easy sepn. of the froth from the soln. contg. the foaming material at the low concn. without the redissolution of the foam component into the soln. is permitted.
