PURPOSE:To obtain a ventilating port free of the penetration of rainwater, by turnably providing a shutter at an opening part on the exterior side of a frame, connecting an end of the shutter to an output shaft of a solenoid, and wiring a solar battery to the solenoid. CONSTITUTION:On fine days, sunlight irradiates a solar battery 9 to induce a voltage, whereby a solenoid 7 is operated, and a connecting lever part 6 of a shutter 5 is pulled by a spring 8 connected to an output shaft 7a, thereby opening the shutter 5. On rainy days the voltage is not induced in the solar battery 9, because of the little sunshine, so that the shutter 5 remains closed under its own weight, thereby preventing rainwater from penetrating into the interior of a frame 1. |
