PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of high-frequency electric and magnetic fields from an MIC by a method wherein seal rings capable of encircling the terminals of the MIC are interposed and arranged between the lower surface of the MIC and the surfaces of metal chassis. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 3 and an output terminal 4 of an MIC 1 are each inserted in holes 2a and 2b to constitute a coaxial structure and moreover, the connection to each input and output microstrip line 5 and 6 is performed and the mounting of the MIC is completed. The input terminal 3 and the output terminal 4 of the MIC 1 come to be completely encircled with the lower surface of a package 1a of the MIC 1, the surfaces of metal chassis 2 and seal rings 9 interposed between these. Thereby, even though a gap is generated between the lower surface of the package and the surfaces of the metal chassis, the high-frequency electric and magnetic fields at the terminals 3 and 4 can be prevented from leaking outside by the high-frequency absorption action of the seal rings 9. |
