PURPOSE:To recognize detailed information as to the call number and call traffic of a terminal equipment by measuring the traffic at every talking content according to the operation of a terminal subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment having an information sending means including special number dial and function button operation at every talking content is provided. When a terminal equipment is hooked off, a register 2 is acquired via a network section 1 by a known means. When a terminal subscriber dials a special number 'no' determined in advance, a central control unit 3 obtains a precessing index (m) from the exclusive conversion memory section 5 of a memory device 4. The central control unit 3 revises the information of a memory section represented by the processing index (m) of a traffic data storage section 7 provided corresponding to the terminal equipment in the memory device 4.
