The device consists of at least one cover 4, 5 in the form of a dish which can be fitted elastically over the earpiece 2 and/or the microphone 3 of the receiver 1 whose shape it matches and the bottom of which has perforations. The inner edge of the cover 4, 5 has thickenings for hooking up to the receiver 1 and the outer edge thickenings allowing removal by straightforward pressure or traction respectively with the fingers.
