PURPOSE:To automatically transfer information to a transfer destination corresponding to a call of a preset caller by providing a memory storing plural call extension classes or incoming trunk classes and transfer desitnation information so as to retrieve the memory at extension incoming call. CONSTITUTION:An extension A hooks off, a dial tone (DT) is heard, an automatic transfer information setting access number is dialled, a special dial tone (SPDT) is listened to and extension trunk identification information of a caller (L/T), extension trunk identification class information (b) and transfer destination information (c) are dialed, then the dialed automatic transfer information is stored in the inside of memory area (#0-nu) of a memory 2 corresponding to the extension. An extension B hooks off and hears a dial tone (DT) and then the called number of the extension A is dialed, then the memory areas #0-nu of the memory 2 corresponding to the called extension A are retrieved, a service class coincident with the extension class (b) of the extension B exists, then transfer destination information (c) corresponding thereto is read and its transfer destination is called. If no class coincidence is obtained, the dialed extension A is called.
