发明名称 OPTIMUM HEATING METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS HEATING FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To surely suppress the formation of scale to be generated in a material to be heated by heating the material to be heated to an optimum condition by taking the set value of a furnace temp. and the oxygen concn. in an in- furnace atmosphere gas into overall consideration. CONSTITUTION:The scale generation rate of the material to be heated during heating is calculated from the compsn. of the material to be heated, the oxygen concn. in the in-furnace atmosphere gas and the upper limit value of the surface temp. of the material to be heated in accordance therewith. The amt. of the scale to be generated is calculated from the scale generation rate and the stagnation time of the material to be heated in the furnace. The in-furnace temp. pattern of the continuous heating furnace is then determined from the relation among the amt. of the scale to be generated, the ejection temp. error which is the difference between the ejection temp. of the material to be heated and the target ejection temp. and the heat quantity consumption of the material to be heated. The setting of the in-furnace temp. of the continuous heating furnace is also possible by multiplying the pattern by the weight coefft. of the material to be heated stagnating in the furnace to calculated the in-furnace temp. set value as an average load value and using such set value.
