PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in flexibility, elasticity, chemical and ozone resistances, etc., easy to mold, suitable for tubular molded products, wire coating, etc., by blending a polyamide resin with a specific rubber under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending and kneading (A) 5-95 (pref. 10-10) pts.wt. of a polyamide resin with (B) 95-5 (pref. 90-10) pts.wt. of a crosslinked polyoctenylene rubber with a trans content 52-90% and degree of crystallinity 5-70% under such conditions that the component A melts and the component B is capable of crosslinking on melting.
