发明名称 THERMAL LITHOGRAPHY PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a lithography plate capable of being processed by a thermal head and printable without a dampening water, by a method wherein a porous tissue is laminated on a substrate and on the surface of the tissue an drawn thermoplastic synthetic resin film having oil repellency is laminated. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1, a porous tissue 3 of 20-70mu and of 6-15g/m<2> basis weight is laminated through an adhesive layer 2. As the porous tissue 3, for example, a synthetic fiber of 3 or less denier fineness, such as polyester fiber, vinylon fiber, and nylon fiber, is used. On the porous tissue 3, an drawn synthetic resin film 5 of 0.5-5mu thickness is laminated through an adhesive layer 4. As the synthetic resin film, for example, polyester film, polycarbonate film, vinyl chrolide resin film, etc. are used. Since the need for using a dampening water is eliminated, a water-resisting treatment is not required even when a paper is used as the substrate, and also a good dimension stability is obtained. Additionally, the need for a dampening water supply device in a press is eliminated, and a plate can be processed directly by a thermal head without using an ink ribbon.
