PURPOSE:To enable to write-in and readout by every scanning line unit, by interpolating a sample value deleted at readout through the write-in of sample values multipled by the integer, in a storage system for write-in/readout through poly-phase development of the picture signal sampling value. CONSTITUTION:No write-in is made up to the sample values 901-910 which are not a multiple of the number of poly-phase expansion, and the number of address required for one scanning line is 60(900divided by 15) by throwing away this information, and it is possible to assign 60 addresses fixedly per one scanning for the storage device. As to the part throwing away the information, if it is assumed to the horizontal synchronizing signal part, which can simply be interpolated than the sored information for the information thrown away in one scanning line, the interpolation is made by repetitively using a part of the horizontal synchronizing signal to be stored. |
