The set of structural elements, shown in Figure 1, for the erection of a building with a heating and ventilating system integrated in walls and intermediate floors essentially comprises concrete hollow-chamber panels (10). At least in part of the hollow-chamber panels (10), at least two hollow chambers (11) are connected by cutouts (14) and, at least in part of the hollow-chamber panels (10), there is also provided a penetration (15) in the border region and, once again in part of the hollow-chamber panels, single-side penetrations (16) are provided in the panel plane. All the cutouts (14) and penetrations (15, 16) have already been cast into the hollow-chamber panels (10) when the latter is produced. All the air through-passage connections, ducts, penetrations, cutouts and the like of a heating and ventilating system can thus be completely prefabricated, with the result that, on the building site, only simple operations are still necessary in order to erect the entire duct system. <IMAGE>
