PURPOSE:To send water off by submerging one end of a hose pump in water of a bathtub, blocking up the opening of the end of the hose pump by means of the palm of the hand, taking out and directing the end of the hose pump downward and releasing the palm of the hand from the opening of the end of the hose pump. CONSTITUTION:Hose pumps 1 and 2 have a suction opening 3 and a discharge opening 4 respectively and a hose is made of plastic when the hose pumps 1 and 2 are submerged in water of a bathtub, the suction opening 3 is blocked up by the palm of the hand, and the palm of the hand is released from the opening of the hose pump after the hose pump is taken out from water of the bathtub and the suction opening 3 is directed downward, water discharges outward. Accordingly, water, in a bathtub etc. can effectively be sent off outward.
