CONSTITUTION:An animal protein of fish or shellfish (e.g. ground and frozen meat) is mixed with a vegetable protein (e.g. separated soybean protein) and treated with a twin-screw extruder, etc., at a specific temperature. The obtained food raw material is immersed in water or in a seasoning solution, minced with a chopper and added to a processed food composed of a mixture of ground beef and pork, bread crumb, onion, milk and egg. etc., to obtain a raw material of hamburger steak.
