PURPOSE:To prevent incurring of a heat loss, by a method wherein the total amount of the air for combustion, forming an indraft, is injected toward the inner periphery of tapered annular flow of gas for combustion. CONSTITUTION:Through feed of a high temperature air 20 to an indraft, and feed of heat gas or cold gas 21 to an outdraft, i.e., through feed of gas having temperature lower than a high temperature air flow to the outer periphery of the high temperature air flow, a heat loss can be easily prevented from being incurred without an increase in the volume of a thermal insulation part 22. An indraft air 20 is injected to the inner periphery of tapered annular gas 21, discharged to the outer periphery side thereof, by means of a nozzle group 24 forming an outward flow or an outward swirl flow which emits toward the interior of a furnace. The flow of the gas 21 extends along a burner tile 25 which is tapered toward the end to form a spread flame 26 in the direction of emission from the burner tile 25. As a result, a burner center part forms a stable flame circulating range, and a high temperature ignition source is formed at the central front of an indraft air nozzle group 24, being capable of being effectively utilized as a heat transfer space. |
