For disintegrating pipe blockages, a rotary vibrator 3 can be frictionally connected to a conveying pipe 1 by means of pipe clips 2, which rotary vibrator 3 is attached by frictional means on a base plate 4 on which the pipe clips 2 act, which are attached by means of quick-action closures 6 on the conveying pipe 1. The joint is designed such that the mechanical oscillation energy generated by the rotary vibrator 3 is introduced as loss-free as possible through the pipe wall, around its entire circumference, into the material which has caused the blockage. <IMAGE>
