PURPOSE:To easily attain instant transmission aud large capacity transmission by adding a control code representing the presence of a channel to the start of a frame without fixing the location of the channel assigned in one frame. CONSTITUTION:Channels CH1-CH4 are assigned corresponding to four communication equipments 4-7, but the location is not fixed in a frame FM and the control code 9 representing the presence of each channel in the frame FM is added to the start of the frame. The control code 9 represents the presence of each channel corresponding to the bit and when the control code 9 is '00', the frame is made ineffective. When the communication equipment 4 connected to a transmitter 1 is high in speed and requires the sending of a multiplex data, the frame FM is occupied consecutively by the channel CH 1.
