PURPOSE:To combine a storage chamber for compressed air and an operation device by forming space through the application of a housing for covering a casing having a pressure chamber and a nonpressure chamber formed with a piston, and using said space as a compressed air storage chamber. CONSTITUTION:A housing 50 of diameter and height larger than a casing 1 is cylindrically shaped and so fitted to a flange 4 as to cover the casing 1, thereby forming a reservoir 5 for storing compressed air between the housing 5 and the external surface of the casing 1. The opening edge 50A of the housing 50 is in coupling contact with a fitting step part 52 formed on the external surface of the flange 4 and space between the opening edge 50A and the fitting step part 52 is sealed with a sealing member 54. The reservoir 41 is connected to a compressed air reservoir 'T' via a connection port 60 formed on the flange 4, and made continuous to the compressed air port of a brake valve via a connection port on the side wall of the housing 50.
