Further, a chocolate solution is sprinkled on the almond a rotating in a laid state of long sideways in the drum b and the chocolate solution is solidified by sending cold air. The chocolate solution is resprinkled on the solidified layer and cold air is introduced to the drum. These operations are repeated, finally heating is stopped and only cold air is sent and the chocolate is solidified to give the aimed cake.
