PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cake having good appearance, by sprinkling chocolate on seasoned almonds fed in a specific rotary drum, repeating heating and cold air blowing and finally sending only cold air. CONSTITUTION:An almond a is fried without coating and seasoned with salt, etc. Then, the almond a is fed to a rotary drum b which revolves horizontally, equipped with ridged protruded lines 2 on the inner periphery and constructed in such a way that the lower part is heated and cold air is simultaneously sent to the interior. Further, a chocolate solution is sprinkled on the almond a rotating in a laid state of long sideways in the drum b and the chocolate solution is solidified by sending cold air. The chocolate solution is resprinkled on the solidified layer and cold air is introduced to the drum. These operations are repeated, finally heating is stopped and only cold air is sent and the chocolate is solidified to give the aimed cake. |
