CONSTITUTION:When a cell is required to stop urgently, the feeding of the fuel gas F is reduced, the fuel gas pressure in a cell body 8 drops, and a pressure control valve 12F in the fuel gas system operates in the direction to close the value to restrict the pressure difference within a specific value. If the pressure difference exceeds the specific value during the controlling operation, a flow pressure difference controller 15 controls a fuel gas flow control valve 10F to restart the closing operation when the pressure difference comes down in the specific value by the valve 10F. Therefore, no excessive pressure difference is applied to the cell body, and the cutting of the fuel gas and the separation of the cell body 8 can be completed.
