PURPOSE:The titled food which will not release water even by using a milk protein raw material and has good taste, consisting of a gelatinous coagulated material containing the milk protein raw material, a coagulant except gelatin and apple residue powder. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food consisting of a gelatinous coagulated material containing a milk protein raw material (preferably defatted powder milk), a coagulant (except gelatin) (preferably agar) and preferably 1.0-3.0wt% apple residue powder. Apple residue powder obtained by pressing apples to give residue, drying and grinding may be used as the apple residue powder. |
