PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy by providing a pressing member energized radilly toward a bearing in the inside of a shaft fitted into the bearing and providing a notch to a side of the shaft at the opposite side to the projecting position of the pressing member. CONSTITUTION:The load by plungers 8, 9 is given uniformly radially with distribution to ball bearings 4, 5 from tangential parts A, B and a tip C to press the ball bearings 4, 5 and a fixed shaft 7. Further, the load by a spring waster 10 pressed by a pressure adjusting screw 11 is given axially to the upper face of the inner race of the ball bearing 4, and a load is given axially from the step face of the housing 6 or the fixed shaft 7 to the lower face of the outer race of the ball bearing 4, the upper face of the outer race of the ball bearing 5 and the lower face of the inner race. Thus, the ball bearings 4, 5 are pressed and deformed, the rigidity of balls 12, 13 in the ball bearings 4, 5is increased, the ball bearings 4, 5 and the fixed shaft are subjected to press fit, and the rigidity of the balls in the ball bearings 4, 5 is increased, then the arm 3 hardly receives the effect of vibration.
