PURPOSE:To form an indicator easily and inexpensively, by allowing a predetermined non-solid balance wt. material becoming solid with the elapse of time to position at the balance wt. arranged part provided to an indicator or a member becoming integral with the indicator. CONSTITUTION:An indicator 1 is constituted of an indication part 2 and a base part 3, and an indicator shaft press-in hole 4 for fixing the indicator shaft extending from a measuring instrument in a press-in state is integrally formed to the base part 4 and holes 6 for engaging with the heat-welding pins 5 provided to the indication part 2 are provided to the base part 3 by drilling. Further, a recessed part 7 as a balance wt. arranging part is provided to the base part 3 in the indicator shaft side and a balance wt. material 8 (e.g., a non-solid substance prepared by adding powdery lead to an epoxy resin) is injected in the recessed part 7 in the side opposite to the direction permitting the indication part 2 to extend. This injected balance wt. material 8 becomes solid with the elapse of time to be integrated with the base part 3 and acts as a balance wt.
