发明名称 SINTERING METHOD FOR METALLIC POWDER SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a sintered alloy layer having excellent wear resistance on the surface of a base body by incorporating alloy powder having specific hardness into alloy powder forming a sheet and executing sintering. CONSTITUTION:Wear-resistant eutectic alloy powder and pulverized particles are compounded and further alloy powder of Fe-Cr, etc., having >=300 Vickers hardness (HV) is added thereto. Such powder mixture and acrylic resin binder are kneaded and the mixture is compressively molded to form the low-density sheet. The alloy powder sheet is adhered to the surface of the metallic base material and is presintered. The foam generated by the thermal decomposition of the binder in this stage escapes easily to the outside of the sheet. The generation of blisters and blowholes is, therefore, obviated. The sheet is then subjected to treatments such as sintering, hardening, and tempering. The sintered alloy layer having the excellent wear resistance is formed on the surface of the base material by the above-mentioned method.
