<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a corrugated tube with sleeves whose engagement width can be enlarged sufficiently by providing a cylinder parison integrally at the end of a corrugated tube, blow molding and swelling the parison and forming projection engaged with the crest of another corrugated tube. CONSTITUTION:A parison 2 is inside an outer mold 6 and air is blown in from a core 10 with an opening at the end of a corrugated tube 1 closed with a swelling section 11 of the core 10 to swell the parison 2 which is placed along with sleeve mold faces 7 and rib mold faces 8 and projection mold faces 9. By said arrangement, sleeves 12, projections 13 and ribs 14 are blow molded simultaneously. After curing, the outer mold 6 is opened and the core 10 is removed from the sleeves 12. The sleeves 12 are provide stretchingly and integrally at the end of the corrugated tube and ring ribs 14 are provided in a plurality of sections of said sleeves 12, with a plurality of projections 13 projecting inward which engage and prevent the corrugated tube from slipping out.</p> |
