PURPOSE:To obtain an infrared-radiating paint compsn. which has improved heat resistance and gives a coating film having improved adhesion, by blending a binder composed of infrared-radiating ceramic powder and a specified resin with a suspending agent, a wetting agent, an anti-foaming and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A paint compsn. contains infrared-radiating ceramics powder (A) and a binder (B) composed of 70-100wt% at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a methylsilicone resin and a methylphenylsilicone resin, 0-30wt% alkoxysilicone resin, 0-30wt% at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an epoxy-modified silicone resin a polyester-modified silicone resin and an acrylic-modified silicone resin and 0-30wt% at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an alkyd-modified silicone resin and a urethane-silicone resin in a ratio of A-B of 20:1-1:3. Further, the compsn. contains a suspending agent, a wetting agent, an anti-foaming agent and a solvent.
