PURPOSE:To obtain the inexpensive titled material having an improved shelf life by incorporating a polyimide composed of diamine such as a aliphatic diamine and an alicyclic diamine, etc., and an acid anhydrde such as tetracarboxylic dianhydride, etc., to the titled material. CONSTITUTION:(A): The polyimide is obtd. by reacting the diamine such as the aliphatic diamine, the alicyclic diamine, the aromatic diamine or the heterocyclic diamine, the tetracarboxylic dianhydride, etc., which has a C-CO-C bond, and optionally the tetracarboxylic dianhydride which does not contain the C-CO-C bond to form a polyamic acid, and subsequently, by dehydrating and cyclizing the obtd. polyamic acid. And (B): The polyimide is obtd. by reacting the diamine and the tetracarboxylic dianhydride in the same manner. The obtd. polyimide or the polyimide added optionally, an another polyimide is dissolved in an org. solvent to obtain the org. solution thereof, followed by coating it on the substrate to form the titled material. Thus, as the polyimide is incorporated to the titled material, the titled material having the god shelf life and heat-resisting property is obtd. |
